You can return most items purchased from the Google Store within 15 calendar days after the day you receive them. For Nest thermostats, the return window is extended to 30 days to ensure your complete satisfaction with your smart home setup.

Return Process

  Initiate your return

  Sign in to your order history and select the item you wish to return to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the package

  Place the device in its original packaging along with all included accessories, chargers, and manuals to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Ship the item

  Attach the printed prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive your refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned device, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
